Born in Kinshasa in the Democratic Republic of Congo, the initiator of the project, Placide Mpuni Ngudi grew up in the middle class in the city of Kinshasa and by observation, he always had a close look at the situation that the Democratic Republic is going through. of the Congo in general and the glaring misery of human society characterized by several evils which erode the existential sense of the human being in the world in general and in the DR Congo in particular.

Having worked with several organizations, concern for others never ceased to grow and the desire to always serve others became the center of her aspirations. By individual initiative, several charitable actions were carried out on their own funds: assistance with the schooling of some young people, assistance for the sick, coaching of unemployed young people.

With the help of several young Congolese residing in the United States of America, a charitable structure called Samaritano, INC was officially created on October 16, 2019 in the city of Raleigh in North Carolina in the USA to bring even a little: “Help, Hope and Development” to other neighbors (without distinction of race or belonging).
